Clinical Record Keeper Pro™ was originally conceived of as a multi-user record keeping program for groups of clinicians in practice.

In addition to complete clinical records, visit and receipt files, contact information, and insurance information, it has support files for administrative use. It can direct the creation of and access to a wide variety of files and programs. Its many advanced features such as live linking to files and programs, history navigator, and flexible tree outliner organization makes complex information access, management, and editing possible. Easily modified templates add their own contribution to the mix.

Whether used with Windows folders, or Paperport (a separate utility) you can scan all in-coming paper, lab work, reports, and documents into folders and link to these organized and searchable images for reference, training, teaching, or research. Unlimited numbers and sizes of databases, transfer of files from one database to the other, completely modifiable templates, due date searching, tree outliner flexibility, and differential pass words for any database means many capabilities exist within this program that can be rearranged and used by your group. The flexibility of information flow goes a long way in increasing your group's efficiency.

Because of the flexibility of this software program, a record keeper for schools or agencies is quite easy. In it you can have health records, clinical charts, a sequestered database for psychological clinicians, and/or a collaborative database with the guidance office, administrative files, teachers, etc. By quickly rearranging  the functions you can combine or separate any functions for your school. You can put specific functions onto one work station, like an office support node complete with all the administrative  files and templates you need. You have differential pass words. Templates of various sorts are easy to create and use. Live links from documents to other documents or sections of the program to other sections means efficiency of operation. Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred dictation software can be used in the program for rapid report writing etc. In short, the program makes it possible for schools to have separate and collaborative databases that are efficient in operation, easy to use, and very capable. This program makes it possible to have freedom from the constraints of many programs in the marketplace that are designed so that you can't make many changes in the structure of them. As such it is a welcome relief.
