Document Creation

• Within Clinical Record Keeper Pro™ you can create the following:

    • Individual Statements of Account (ledger type).
    • Managed care individual outpatient treatment requests.

    • Use templates to format data entry.
    • All templates are easily modified.
  • You can also create editable word processing documents such as:
    • School health records.
    • Administrative files.
    • Proposals, contracts.
    • Guidelines, policy and procedure manuals.
    • Research documents with jpegs, diagrams, etc.
    • Logs, and e-mail repositories.
    • Scan lab work, psychological testing results, or other paperwork into Windows folders.
      • Link to the folder from a specific chart for viewing.

  • Transfer any word document to or from CRK Pro via the clipboard.

      • Selective (differential) pass words for each database.

Document Management

• In addition to clinical records, Clinical Record Keeper Pro™ is an information manager for agencies, groups, and schools.
• Use the tree to structure information creation and access.
• The tree can handle complex node structure.
  • Drag and drop of files and nodes.
  • Drag branches and their sub nodes together.
  • Duplicate nodes, branches and files.
• You can also use CRK Pro via the linking function to connect to the following:
  • Link to multiple spread sheets and use them. (You need Excel already installed to do this).
  • Link to contract, or administrative files in your computer or network.
  • Link to other files within CRK Pro, your computer, or the Internet.
  • Link to Outlook folders for e-mails.
  • The linking function starts any program needed to access a file.
• Duplicate any branch of the tree
  • E-mail them to yourself.
  • Edit them, and re-install them.
• Assign functions to specific work stations and move branches there for access.
• Inventory can be catalogued.
• Multiple databases are easy to create.
• Switch between databases with a click.
• Transfer files or nodes from one database to another.
• Use specific search criteria for words or phrases.
• Organize files according to key words associated with the files.
