Clinical Record Keeper and then Clinical Record Keeper Plus decreased my paperwork load by more than 85%. It exudes professionalism when I need to send my chart or notes for any reason. CRK & CRK PLUS are a panacea for me and my agency because my chart is very professional looking, everything necessary is legible, and immediately available. I am able to track everything I need for my patients. My favorite files are Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, and alphabetized comprehensive demographics for each patient so that I can keep a copy with me should I need to call one of my patients from home.
