STRUCTURE FOR CLINICAL RECORD KEEPER Pro™
The price of
the program depends on the following:
- How many workstations you require.
- How much help configuring the program you need.
- There are two levels of initial help.
- Silver- You want to work with the program and directions files yourself. I am happy to talk with you to discuss your needs, and how the program and various configurations might address those needs.
- Gold- I support you in creating the configuration you want. The cost depends on the complexity of your network and the requirements you have. Count on $150 for a typical installation of 12 workstations or less plus the actual long distance phone cost.
- After purchase you can also decide what level of support you want.
- How much training you wish.
- Whether you plan an imaging library or not.
- What other programs you want to link to.
- With complete direction files, no maintenance agreement is necessary.
- No upgrades are necessary because the program is mature, stable and any improvements to it are in the realm of templates which practitioners can design for their own purposes far better than I can. Help with templates is available if needed.
- The flexibility of organization of this program is unmatched by any contemporary record keeping software program without the use of an expert computer consultant.

to help you get a sense of how it works. No demo can hope
to duplicate an entire program, but the demo shows representative
methods and functions with enough detail for you to get
