• Keep two at the office and two at home.
• Make backups that take 120 seconds on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

• With a complete set of records off site, your records are safe in any contingency.

• Desktop users can do the same thing. The backups are so quick they are painless.

• The above methods guarantee that your records are safe and secure in any event.

• You can also make a CD backup of the database at any time.
