I have been very happy with Clinical Record Keeper. So far I have not had time to learn all the details of operation-- I learned just enough to keep clinical notes and process notes for each patient. That alone has been a tremendous help, and it was easy to master. I use it with Dragon Naturally Speaking, or I type. Either way works well for me.  KT psychologist.
